How it works

What happens after you contact us

Georgia has had this industry for years, but for most of that time it sat around Atlanta and left the rest of the state alone. That is changing, and the tax rules were written in a way that actively pushes projects outward. Here is what the process looks like from where we sit.

  1. You tell us about the land

Send us the county, roughly the acreage, and whatever you have noticed around the place. Where you are unsure, say so. An honest gap helps us more than a confident guess that turns out wrong.

  2. We check it against public records

We look up your EMC or utility, what transmission runs nearby, and where your county sits against the population thresholds. Public records carry most of it. This costs you nothing.

  3. We call you if it looks workable

If it looks workable we tell you what we found and what we would want to do next. If it does not, we say that and explain the reason rather than simply not replying.

  4. We make an offer, or we tell you why not

Only then does anything become a document, and only after your attorney has read it. Nothing before that asks you for money, a signature, or an exclusive arrangement.

None of that asks you to spend anything or to stop speaking to other parties. If somebody approaches your Georgia land wanting either of those up front, before showing you what they have actually looked at, take your time.
